Eligibility for Returns

• Items can be returned within 5 days from the date of purchase.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging.

• Sale, clearance, or final sale items are non-returnable and eligible for exchange only, as specified.

• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

• Allow 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

• Exchanges are allowed for eligible items within 3 days of purchase, subject to stock availability.

• Items of equal or lesser value may be exchanged. Any price difference will be refunded or charged accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized items.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
